Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Goods must be returned within 1 month of purchase.

2. Goods must be returned in their original condition, complete with all information documents and manuals if appropriate.

3. Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

4. goods being returned must have a Charge Return Document issued by Allmat first.

5. You will be responsible for any costs incurred returning the goods to Allmat. Any shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

6. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

7. Goods that require a refund should be returned to Allmat Building Supplies, Kenley Water Works, Godstone Road, Kenley, Surrey, CR8 5AE, unless we have made alternative arrangements with you.

8. Due to the nature of some products, we may offer to collect certain items from you but this is purely at Allmat's discretion.

9. Products purchased and delivered with a promotional free gift, must be returned with the free gift unused and in it's original condition to be eligible for a full refund. Allmat reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.
